· The Benefits Department is dedicated to providing high quality human resource benefits services to all Quechan Paradise Casino departments and eligible employees.

It is our vision that the Benefits function at the Quechan Paradise Casino will be responsible and proactive, and will provide customer-focused services that will:
· Communicate honestly and clearly with the casino departments/employees.
· Maximize resources by utilizing technology to its fullest extent to improve efficiency, effectiveness, transaction processing, and overall service.
